Engineered Hardwood

On the visible side engineered hardwood flooring is made to look and feel identical to hardwood flooring. Engineered hardwood construction consists of a top thick veneer of real wood protected by a coating of a clear acrylic and has a plywood core or layers of pressed-and-glued wood fibers. It makes stable flooring that won’t warp or separate.

Laminate flooring is a hard flooring surface that resembles the look of real hardwood floors. Laminate floors are comprised of a wooden fiber core and topped with other materials to increase durability and wear protection.

Luxury vinyl is almost five times thicker than traditional sheet vinyl, allowing it to be semi-rigid and rather than being rolled out over the floor and glued down, luxury vinyl planks snap together.
